Our management service is comprehensive and includes the following:consult

1. A Consultant will meet with the staff of your Company to identify what your requirements are, and assist you with making preliminary decisions on which services and facilities would be beneficial.

2. #1 Computer Solutions will draw up a specification and invitation to tender, when passed by you; this would be forwarded to at least six reputable Companies offering suitable solutions.

3. Based on the initial tender responses we would, in discussion with you, narrow the field down to three systems.

4. #1 Computer Solutions will conduct price negotiation until we have reached a figure that represents excellent 'Value for Money'.

5. #1 Computer Solutions will arrange and attend with you demonstrations of the systems and take up references on the short-listed suppliers and systems.

6. #1 Computer Solutions will submit a report to you illustrating our suggested system, the facilities, costs and why it is our recommended option.

7. A Consultant will coordinate and oversee the installation process to ensure that this is done with minimum disruption to normal operation and that all equipment and facilities operate as intended.

8. #1 Computer Solutions will provide six months of Consulting support to tackle any teething problems and to ensure bills for AT&T or MCI or your selected carrier is in line with contract pricing, that the Telephone and Voice mail systems are performing as desired and to provide some general fine tuning of the work completed during the project.
